[转贴]河南冬泳联盟与吉林专区结为友好专区协议

河南冬泳联盟专区－－吉林冬泳俱乐部专区结为友好专区协议书         经协商河南冬泳联盟专区与吉林冬泳俱乐部专区缔结为友好专区。主要目的是为了给双方网友互访提供帮助，相互间共享游泳活动的信息。赴对方游泳若需协助须提前与对方就活动方案、安全保障、费用预算等事宜进行接洽，在双方认同的情况下方可实施。活动费用实行AA制。活动前签署安全责任书（详见免责条款 < <A href="http://bbs.images.china-ws.org/ShowPost.asp?id=52358">http://bbs.images.china-ws.org/ShowPost.asp?id=52358</A>>）沟通主要通过冬泳网。缔结友好关系也是为了增进专区建设、协会建设方面的友好互助，以求相互促进，共同发展。其他未尽事宜，由双方随时协商解决。                                              河南冬泳联盟专区版主：王军（冰岩）                                              吉林市冬泳俱乐部专区版主：丁首友（寒江搏浪）                                                                                                    二00八年元月十七日

在我们吉林市冬泳俱乐部专区成立一周年庆典之际，我们又与河南冬泳联盟专区结成友好专区!  这也使我们喜上加喜! 使吉林与河南的朋友们,通过冬泳网这个纽带和桥梁,联系的更广泛,沟通的更密切! 友谊更升华!谢谢河南冬泳联盟和冰岩斑竹的贺礼了！
