近几天锦凌水库放水，干涸多年的小凌河重现碧波是这俩天最火的话题。作为锦州冬泳人怀着对母亲河的感情更加关注此事。今天上午协会杨树会长接到政府相关部门的电话，请求配合打捞福州街步行桥处的漂浮物。协会迅速在个微信群发出通知。下午一点，数十名冬泳队员抵达集结地。此处为橡胶坝下，大量漂浮物聚集于此。非常影响景观。协会杨树会长，徐龙秘书长，赵剑涛副会长现场指挥协调，打捞行动随即展开。

在长约四百米，宽约一百米的宽阔水面上。冬泳队员分区域打捞。新建的河床河床一脚踩下去陷去，每行一步都需要体力。更艰难的是部分河段还有砾石，包括本人在内的多人被划伤。南北岸用或笊篱或徒手将漂浮物装袋，河段中间有不少柳树枝条，用镰刀才能除。

劳动之余，冬新社采访了一位参加劳动的泳友。他叫胡振华，网名小红帽。他说“市政府为市民办了一件大好事，锦州天蓝水美作为一个锦州人感到骄傲。打捞活动非常有意义。”

成袋的垃圾被分批运走。此次打捞历时三个多小时，打捞垃圾数百袋。清理河床面积约（400*100）平方米。清理河岸垃圾约两百米。
