大家好，我是张精忠，北京什刹海冬泳队队长。
今年8月初，我带队几乎游遍了祖国的东极；包括牡丹江的镜泊湖、兴凯湖、乌苏里江、珍宝岛、黑龙江以及松花江。8月底，借上海开会之际我只身来到杭州，在当地泳友的陪伴下游了千岛湖和新安江并游览了太湖。
Hi everyone! This is Jingzhong Zhang. I am the captain of Shicha Sea Swimming Team. In the early August, I led the team to nearly swim across the whole east pole of China, including Jingpo Lake, Xingkai Lake, Usuli River, Heilongjiang and Songhua River. At the end of August, I came to Hangzhou alone for a business trip. Although it was a business trip, I had a lot of fun with the help of local swim lovers. I swam Thousand-Island Lake and Xinan River. Besides, I took a wonderful trip on the Taihu Lake. It was so amazing.
刹海景区位于北京城区中轴线的西北部，是北京内城唯一一处具有开阔水面的开放型景区，也是北京城内面积最大、风貌保存最完整的一片历史街区。
Shicha Sea is located at the northwest of the central line of Beijing’s urban area and it is the only scenic spot with open water in Beijing. Also, it is the biggest and the most completed reserved historical area.
现在我想邀请来自异国的你，从另一个角度，看看老北京！
Right now, I would like to invite you, my friend, to take a look at Beijing from other angles! Welcome to Beijing!
