据说插上棍子后,腰不疼.道教名山----齐云山(在安徽)有几处地方,插的棍子多极了.山上有方腊洞,南宋方腊起义,失败后退守洞中,韩世忠带领刀斧手,组织敢死队,杀进洞中,方腊牺牲.

各位朋友;我今天搞明白了.上山时遇到的大石头下面的"棍棍",是民间传说:"谁有腰痛病,就那个棍放到此处,从此后腰不会再痛."       这是北方的说法. <IMG src="/attachments/Upfiles/20076304644311.jpg">
