２００７年７月７日为纪念抗日战争爆发70周年，暨修缮泸州市级文物东岩石刻“还我河山”题记竣工仪式，泸州市全民健身指导委员会主办，泸州冬泳协会承办，山东胜利油田利丰工贸有限公司冠名赞助的《利丰杯》迎抗战70周年，暨《还我河山》修缮竣工仪式，夏漂长江活动正式拉开帷幕，举行了各参加单位贵州省赤水、成都、宜宾、广安、长宁、南充、雅安九九、雅安西康山鹰、眉山、乐山、内江、乐山嘉州、自贡、泸州市等十四个代表队参加，共计２１０余人。
