北京奥运会、残奥会城市志愿者是指第29届北京奥运会和第13届北京残奥会赛会期间，为服务赛会的顺利进行和城市的正常运转，在奥运场馆外围及其他城市种重点区域设立的城市志愿服务岗位开展志愿服务的志愿者。<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>     北京奥运会、残奥会期间，城市志愿者将以真诚的微笑和热情的服务迎接国内外各方宾客，在服务赛会顺利进行和城市正常运转的同时，向世界全面展示一个古老而现代、文明而热情的新北京。<o:p></o:p>      志愿者的微笑是北京最好的名片！<o:p></o:p>

来咨询的人中，问题提得五花八门，最多的是问场馆的位置和路线，还有问去哪里吃饭的、还有问哪里有商店的、有带小孩出来没给小宝宝带吃的东西跟我们要的、下雨没带雨具要的、、、、最有意思的是还有跟我们要比赛门票的！有要我们的统一志愿者服装上的标牌的、、、这分分秒秒的快乐我都将存入我永远的记忆
